ICON Brickell - WOW! Recently I toured ICON Brickell and I was blown away. I did have to admit I was sceptical before I took this tour. I felt that the large scale of this development (almost 1800 units) would have a major impact on the views from each unit. I had also seen some photos on other blogs and websites and the photos didn’t do this development justice. You must see this building to believe it. It is massive. Everything in this building was imagined to be larger than life.

ICON Brickell was developed by The Related Group and inspired by Philippe Starck. Among the many features of this building are a magnificent bayfront location in Brickell, restaurants at ground floor on the pool deck, a signature viceroy hotel component, a massive 316 foot long swimming pool, magnificent spa area and services and rooftop lounge.

It is true. The pictures don’t do it any justice. You have to see it for yourself in order to appreciate the scale of things in this building. The only other time I’ve felt this way what when I went to Rome. This is definitely on the list of buildings that my wife and I are considering moving into.
